Introduction To Flat Concave Lenses

Jul 17, 2023Leave a message

One side is concave and the other side is flat, with a negative focal length. Usually used for beam collimation, increasing (decreasing) focal length, or enlarging (reducing) images. In order to obtain a smaller spherical aberration, when the incident beam is a collimated beam, the collimated beam should be incident onto the concave surface of the flat concave lens. K9 is the most common lens material, commonly used in visible and near-infrared applications. In addition to K9 plano concave lens, EBT also provides plano concave lenses made of ultraviolet fused silica and Calcium fluoride. UV fused silica has good transmittance and low thermal expansion coefficient in the ultraviolet band, while Calcium fluoride has high damage threshold and chemical inertia.
Our lenses are finely processed and strictly controlled for quality, ensuring that we provide users with high-quality flat concave lens products at a reasonable price.
