High power LED lenses are designed with light distribution curves based on different angles of LED output light. The design of the optical lens uses a penetrating spotlight in front of it, while the conical surface can collect and reflect all the side light, and the overlap of these two types of light can achieve the most perfect light utilization and beautiful spot effect. At the same time, some changes can also be made to the surface of the conical lens, which can be designed as mirror surface, frosted surface, bead surface, stripe surface, threaded surface, convex or concave surface, etc. to achieve different spot effects.
